The Ethicurean is easily my favourite place for lunch. The restaurant overlooks their walled garden, the Mendip hills rising up in the distance. The ethos is simple, good food grown and sourced locally - much of it from their own gardens and land. I photographed here for Helvetic Airways as part of feature on my 'Perfect Day'.
