Last (last) year I photographed the Bristol edition of Helvetic Airways in-flight magazine, featuring author Jules Hardy. This (last) year the feature was changed slightly and the reader is now given a tour of the city by the photographer (me). I shot the feature at the end of 2013 and the magazine has now been published. As part of my short tour I picked The Ethicurean as a place to visit and eat – helpfully they’re a short drive from Bristol’s airport so were perfect for the feature.
