Over the last few weeks I’ve been shooting for new Bristol bar/pub/restaurant The Grace. I really like the head chef Wilf for two reasons –
1. He made up a load of vegetarian dishes for the second of our shoots.
2. He likes the band Operation Ivy (a conversation started when he noticed my Operation Ivy tattoo).
The food there tastes as good as it looks and that’s an opinion shared with Mark Taylor, who certainly knows his Bristol food. The Grace is on Gloucester Road on the Bishopston crossroads.
